This is a short English summary. The official, legally binding version is in Romanian and is governed by Romanian law. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Nexora IT Solutions website, why we collect it and what rights you have, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

1. Who we are

The data controller is Nexora IT Solutions ("we"). You can reach us any time at nexora.it@gmail.com or by phone at 0766 460 861.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, contact details (email/phone), business type and your message. We use them solely to reply to your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: your consent (ticked on submission) and pre-contractual steps.
WhatsApp / phone / email: if you choose to contact us directly, the conversation takes place through that service, under that service's policies.

We do not collect data through tracking cookies and we do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

3. Where data is stored

Messages sent through the form are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and delivered to us by email. Details: Netlify Privacy Policy.

4. How long we keep data

We keep received messages for as long as needed to answer the request and, if you become a client, for the duration of our collaboration. You can request their deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. For any request, write to us at nexora.it@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days at most.

If you believe your data has been processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing).

We may update this policy; the current version, with the update date, is always published on this page.
